Hey, I’m Josh from Trade View Property.

I help busy business owners and professionals turn idle capital and equity into a simple, sequenced property portfolio – without it becoming a second job or dragging focus from the business.

On this short call, the goal is to quickly work out whether there’s a real opportunity to turn your current position into a working Second Wealth Engine.
My job is to quickly work out:

  • Where you’re roughly at now (capital/equity, income band, any current properties).

  • Whether a Second Wealth Engine approach realistically fits your situation.

  • Whether it makes sense to invite you to a deeper strategy session, or if you’re better off with a different next step for now.

How to Get the Most From This Call

To keep this 10–15 minute chat sharp and useful, it helps if you have a few things ready:

  • A rough idea of how much capital or usable equity you could put to work (ballpark is fine).

  • Any recent info from your broker or bank about borrowing capacity or pre‑approval (if you have it).

  • Your ideal time frame for your next move – for example, “in the next 3–6 months” or “within 1–2 years”.

  • Any non‑negotiables – locations or property types you want to avoid, risk levels you’re not comfortable with, or lifestyle goals we must protect.

If someone else is involved in the decision (partner, co‑director, spouse), it’s ideal – but not essential – if they can either join this call or be available for a longer strategy session later if we both agree that’s the right next step.
